My resident manager told me that my neighbor in the new place is 82 years old and an ok guy, but kind of grumpy because his family moved him here against his will. From New York.
It's weird to me to think that he's about as old as the building itself.

I just tried to open my current next door neighbor's door instead of my own. He flung it open as I was trying to work the key in. I'm sure he'll be glad that I won't be next door any longer. OOPS

There's a lot more white noise in this apartment, probably mostly from I-5. I think it'll help me sleep. Silent rooms are terrible to relax in.
