Ugly breakfast
My omelet came out ugly because I wanted grilled mushrooms and onions in it, but didn't feel like using two pans or transferring the filling out, so they're mixed in with the eggs instead of being added near the end. There's also some four-cheese blend and mint in there, and it tastes much better than it looks. On the side, we have ciabatta with cream cheese and Vegemite, and two strips of bacon.
