Jackson's obituary was published yesterday. It's funny to be able to read it and immediately think of all kinds of things that were left out, like his time spent working in Hong Kong and another whole series of books he wrote with his mother.
That's the sign of a full and wonderful life, if there's just no way to fit it all into your obituary. I had the same problem when I wrote a statement to be read at the impromptu gathering of his friends and his sister, which they had in lieu of a funeral; I could have gone on and on.
