Pefecting my homemade hashbrowns

I used my citrus juicer to squeeze the excess moisture out of the potato
shreds. This is also the first time I managed to flip a whole pan of
anything. (I used a second pan.)

Ooooooohh, delicious beige goodness! I should really learn how to do this at home.

You definitely should. Potatoes are so cheap.

And they seem easy enough to prepare in a number of delicious ways!

Flipping is easy, just use the wrist not the arm and practice with a piece of toast and you will see how easy it becomes. And your pots look yummy.

Ooh, thanks for the suggestion! I've been wanting to practice flipping but couldn't think of anything to practice with.

Getting the excess water and starch out of the potato is the key to good fried potatoes [hash browns, fries, chips, anything]. So I am sure these will turn out great.

I can't seem to make good hash browns for the life of me. These look delish.
