Pefecting my homemade hashbrowns, originally uploaded by christopher575.

I used my citrus juicer to squeeze the excess moisture out of the potato
shreds. This is also the first time I managed to flip a whole pan of
anything. (I used a second pan.)

Ooh, thanks for the suggestion! I've been wanting to practice flipping but couldn't think of anything to practice with.
