And I wanted to text you right after, when they showed a "24-Hour Restaurant Battle" (two fraternal twins, two fraternity brothers), because A) there was one adorable guy on each team, and B), because I thought the firefighter chef had previously been on Chopped, and I didn't know anyone else who would have known, at that hour.

You should have posted a picture! I would probably been able to tell by looking. I'm pretty sure I've seen every episode.

Once I caught his last name, I remembered that it was him. He's John Sierp, the Brooklyn firefighter on the episode where they had chicken wings in the appetizer round, and 3 of the 4 had a tough time getting them done.

I can't find a pic of the one I thought was cute on the other team. He was the shorter brother, who ran the front of the house. I don't see a rerun of the eppy scheduled for this week.
