Why are you not eating as well?

Timing was off. I was hoping to eat later after an evening of drinking.

As a confirmed boozehound, I must advise you that eating a small meal (preferably pasta) before a night o' drinking will help protect your stomach lining and remarkably decrease the chances of randomly falling down during/after said drinking.

I've given up booze for May as an experiment, and it SUCKS!! SUCKS!! SUCKS!!

But suddenly I'm craving mac and cheese. *ponders*

I wasn't going for the buzz factor so much as trying to save some money. I was hoping that if I ate it would be stuff I made myself once I got back home. But now I'm here and I think I'll just sleep. Sleeeeeeeeep.

Fair enough. Sweet dreams!

Oh, and if you go back far enough in my lj, you'll see I tried to have a month off of booze. The experiment was a terrible failure.

eh...so far I've dropped about 9 kilos (approximately 16 lbs) so I'm gonna run with it a while longer, but it really sucks when my BF is sitting next to me getting liquored up and I have to sit there and stare at the drivel on TV and listen to his rambling.

I want wine.
