I posted an April Fool's post saying that I was tired of LiveJournal and would be deleting my account, but then I realized I didn't feel like responding to any concerns or chasing down people if they removed me from their friends list.
The internet pretty much ruined April Fool's Day anyway, it's too pervasive now. It used to be, you could go to work or school having forgotten about it, and someone could getcha real good, but now every site does something.
