Beef crispy basil with sticky coconut rice.

I'm limiting my cafeteria lunches to one or two a week. Today's the day because I had a very hard time waking up this morning and my morning schedule allows for very little extra time to be taken while making lunch.

EDIT: I ate half and get to have the rest tomorrow!

I wish you could still find the generic aisle in grocery stores. They were so neat. I was surprised to find this in Canada. Yet another reason to pick up and move.
