Me too usually, but our defrost heater just broke in our freezer making it so the whole fridge/freezer wouldn't get cold enough due to zero air flow. 300$ to fix it!
I dunno, I rent, and the broken defroster thermostat in my fridge didn't get fixed until I'd lived here a year; I was forced to defrost it about four times. Due to a stupid kitchen remodel, it has less than an inch of clearance on the sides and the top, so replacing it requires finding one that's just the right size. So, the landlord opted for repair instead and it took three tries before anyone actually fixed it. =P
