Flashing yellow is 'proceed with caution' since it's not a controlled intersection. Flashing red means 'treat as 4-way stop.'

The babies disappeared because they are pure. Or unbaptized so they went to Limbo. Depends on your dogma.

But we have flashing yellow lights at controlled intersections. Like, you'll be going through a green light and there's also a flashing yellow.

Is it always flashing? Then it's 'Proceed with caution' MAybe it's a high risk intersection

If it's only flashing sometimes, I would think it meant the light's going to change imminently. We have yellow lights before the intersections on the highway, or busy intersections in town that start to flash, even when the light is green, to say 'this light is going to change soon. Slow down, mofo.'

I think there might be a left turn arrow and then maybe it flashes between the time the arrow goes away and the light turns red. I don't see the point though, cuz you have to turn left with caution anyway.
