"Canadian bacon" is back bacon - it comes from the pork loin rather than the fattier pork belly.

i ate a turkey sandwich on a ciabatta roll with spinach, greek marinated tomatoes, mayo, and dijon mustard for lunch.

for dinner i ate an egg on swiss peasant bread, which is technically an open faced sandwich.

today was delicious.
