Well, its cuisine. muriel_puce is there now and I recommended two italian restaurants and a greek one. I obviously should have told him where to get a green chile cheeseburger.

I was in Taos today, and we went to a place called Rellenos Cafe, a Mexican-American restaurant crammed into a space smaller than my bedroom (cramming things into spaces too small is a very New Mexican thing to do).

Anyway, there was a Yak Burger on the menu, which caught my attention. Turns out there is a local yak farm. The girl said the meat is actually leaner than salmon. In any case, it was delicious, covered with green chilies.
