Trying to make it so they can go in the bathroom but not in the bedroom with me. I don't mind sharing the bed but Sam likes to start bothering me as soon as the sun comes up.

Yeah, I'm sure it'll be annoying. But as it is, Sam gets next to me on the bed and bats at the blinds or gets into stuff around the room. Rrrr.

My old kitty used to do that when he was a wee kitten. After enough air time followed by wall thud, he subsequently would be all like "big man's horizontal and not moving, I must be very very quiet!"

What's going on here is that I sleep in the master bedroom and their litter boxes and food are in the master bath. I can't close my door, because if I do, they can't poop, pee, drink water, or eat. This little wall is an attempt at providing access to the master bathroom for them while closing the rest of my room off.

I really don't mind if they come and sleep with me, but Sam likes to be a pest as soon as the sun comes up. Mostly he gets up next to the blinds and starts batting at them, and doesn't really care if I squirt him with water much.

This is just a test. If it works out we'll install something less ghetto or I'll just deal with it since I've got a big-ass commute starting next month and might want to get up at the asscrack of dawn anyway.
