Mahi mahi with tropical slaw, rice, and salad. After I took the photo, I mixed the rice and salad together to try to be like that girl this season on Top Chef, but that was a mistake because the salad was dressed perfectly and you'd need more dressing if you want to mix rice in. Oops.

That's a mousse parfait for dessert. I will admit that I only bought it because I love the little serving cup and spoon. I will probably eat three more of these to have a set of four, and then might never have another.

EDIT:
Ok, the mousse is hella good. Maybe I need two dozen of the little serving dishes.

Yeah they don't wash anything here, it's all either to be composted, recycled, or thrown out.

Sometimes I get one of the itty bitty desserts in a glass sorta like that at P.F. Chang's. The size is just perfect to satisfy a sweet tooth but not stuff me silly.

i never mix rice around, it reminds me of "kaning baboy" which literally means rice mixed with whatever leftovers you have to feed the pigs in your backyard.

now paella is a different story.
