FYI Seattle peeps, Noc Noc now opens at 3pm.

EDIT:
Noc Noc opens at 3pm Thursday-Sunday and happy hour those days is 3pm-9pm. They still open at 5pm Monday-Wednesday.

They should have done this a long time ago. I wish I could count all the days I spent wandering around or waiting out front for them to open.
