I drink regular coffee with real sugar and fake powdered creamer at work, and regular coffee with flavored creamer at home.

I don't really have a problem with drinking too much coffee. In fact, one of my nieces tonight was super late so I had a decaf for a second cup, because I worry that even my first one might screw up tonight's sleep.

I'm supposed to keep it to a minimum because of blood pressure. I guess decaf would be a good option, but I usually drink tea in the evenings.
