my coworker suggested i eat yogurt before i go to bed so i'll sleep through the night. one time I got this one called FAGE and i mixed it with trail mix that i finagled from a coworker and it actually was good. what kind of yogurt is the best?

I wasn't actually eating yogurt, I was just making fun of those commercials where the girls say how good the yogurt is.

I like to use the FAGE Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. Also, a 2-cup container mixed with onion soup mix is amazing for dip and stuff.
