Ah, sweet bandwidth

Eight days after my internet stopped working, it's suddenly back on. I was up and ready for them to come to my apartment between 8 and 10, but at about 9:40 I hadn't heard from anyone. I figured I should check on my modem, and noticed the two lights that had been flashing all week were solid. I guess they fixed it downstairs and never needed to come up. Just about then, I got a call I figured would be them, but it was a recruiter calling to schedule a phone interview  next week. But I probably shouldn't have mentioned that because now I've jinxed it.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if I get this job, because their office is around the corner from my last job. The irony would be too delicious.
