From a distance I thought this was a real horse and that he had plastic boots on. He's just a statue and I have no idea what he's carrying. Giant peanuts?
There are a lot of people skating but they were forced to take a zamboni break. This place smells like onion rings.

I am less than a block away from the apartment and just now tried to get this shot with my camera. Couldn't get it because the battery finally died. Time to go upstairs and recharge.
