Seafood with ratatouille, squash, and thai basil over basmati rice. Definitely an unusual combination, but I wanted to use up the seafood, squash, ratatouille, and thai basil, so I just kinda threw it together, and I wasn't in the mood for pasta.

It's also kinda small, so I will also be having a dessert later on.
