Sorry I couldn't post it as it happened, but I had to conserve the last of my battery power. This plate has the mandatory luau pork, salmon, chicken, fish, two kinds of macaroni salad, green salad, and some rice. It was fantastic.

No time or energy last night to even think about dealing with today's lunch, so I picked this up in the cafe at work. It looked much better when it was still in lasagna-like form. And it tastes better than it looks, though it's spicier than I'd hoped for. Also, it smells a little bit like pizza.
