Steamed jasmine rice, grilled chicken, and baby bok choy.

The bok choy was stir fried in oil and garlic, and the chicken was marinated in hoisin, sri racha, soy sauce, fish sauce, and lemon juice before being grilled.

We both loved the chicken. I loved the bok choy, but Garrett found it too woody.

This was my first time cooking with fresh garlic!
