Hamburger helper, half a tomato, and roasted broccoli and radishes.

To roast them, I tossed them in olive oil, a chopped garlic clove, salt, and pepper, put them in a 425 degree oven for 23 minutes, then added the zest and juice of a lemon, a little more olive oil, and some parmesan.

It was so damn good.
