Dinner last night
May. 21st, 2010 07:53 amI didn't stop to take a picture, but dinner last night was so good that I figured I'd post what I made. I used this recipe as a jumping-off point, but didn't follow it exactly.
I took a package of 80/20 ground beef (about 1.1lb) and mixed it with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and most of a beaten egg. Before grilling, I stuffed each burger with chopped onions and shredded white cheddar, and I made curry/worcestershire ketchup to put on them.
For a side salad, I combined five-lettuce blend, cucumber, tomato, and cubed mozzarella with feta dressing.
It was fantastic.
