Last night I had beef pad thai and fish cakes for dinner. There was a ton left over, so I made an omelet and stuffed it with pad thai and some of the fried basil that came with the fish cakes, then topped it with some of the fish cakes' dipping sauce. Plain wheat toast on the side.

There's still a ton of pad thai and two more fish cakes left, too.
