I think my favorite thing about working from home on Fridays is that I can take my time to make nice breakfasts and lunches. This is an English muffin with leftover steak from last night cooked into an egg, swiss cheese, and a touch of Garrett's homemade steak sauce.

Tuna salad wrap, crinkle cut fries, and a dollop of sour cream. Can you tell by the color that it's low-fat? It looks super white.

The tuna salad's got mayo, horseradish, capers, celery, and dill.
