Panko-crusted chicken with gorgonzola and olives, flatbread with hummus, and salad made from red quinoa, cucumber, celery, cherub tomatoes, gorgonzola, and goddess dressing.
The gorgonzola in the salad and on the chicken was supposed to be feta, but I grabbed the wrong container. :(
