This is Melissa d'Arabian's chicken in mustard over super noodles with some green beans. Came out pretty good but I wish I could have gotten the sauce reduced down a bit more. I should have made sure it was where I wanted before starting the noodles, because once they were ready, it was time to serve. Still pretty good, though.
