Dinner

Garrett had a work emergency, so I had a chance to use the last two tilapia filets that have been in the freezer for months. I was going to bread them with Panko, but we're out of eggs, so I dredged them in flour mixed with curry, salt, and pepper. It was really good, but I should have added a little cayenne.
