To the two stupid dudes who pulled up in an SUV in Rainier Beach and interrupted my walk to tell me, "Capitol Hill's that way," I'm aware. I will also walk anywhere I please, and I don't give a fuck if you approve. You might think you're intimidating, but mostly, you're pathetic. What's it like to have such a fragile identity that you have to bolster it by lashing out at people you don't even know? Sounds pretty sad to me. I hope you manage to have an awesome day anyway. I am.

(The best part is that it didn't even register to me as an attempt at an insult until they were gone. I thought they got turned around and were asking for directions, and I just confirmed that the way he was pointing was correct. Must have been disappointing. Like their lives.)

Did the entire length of the Chief Sealth Trail, then went over to Seward
Park for a pit stop. I'm quite grateful for Seward Park's nice, clean
bathroom.
