Podcast Appreciation Month: Savage Lovecast

Our culture's really weird about sex. Almost everyone wants to have it and we all know it's healthy and normal, but we're all supposed to pretend it's dirty and weird. People can really benefit from listening to some sexual health and wellness talk every week, so while I wish people didn't need Dan Savage, I'm glad he's there.

I also like his new approach to monetization. The podcast (351 episodes so far!) has always been free, but he recently added the option to subscribe to an extended version each week. I listen to enough podcasts that I don't feel the need to subscribe, but it's a great option for those who are really into the show.

And, yep! I'm aware that he's polarizing. You probably already either love him or hate him, and that's cool.
