I can't commit to tons of time or distance lately due to back pain, but I'm not opposed to a lot of climbing while I walk. More effort in less time makes it efficient. I wanted to check out that service road by Harborview Park, but it's got very clear "no trespassing" signs, unlike the one that leads down from Forest Park. They probably don't want people walking down it, but the sign just says not to park there or stay overnight.

That little orange dot in the second park is the spot where I was when I took this picture.

Everett really does have some amazing parks and views. Where it's lacking is the pedestrian paths from one to the next. It's probably just something I have to get over, but it's really scary to walk on a very busy road with just a few feet of extra pavement instead of a sidewalk. I was actually emboldened to do more of that based on how many joggers I saw today in those spots, but it still freaks me out.
