Even Everett is rapidly gentrifying

It's funny how similar this looks to the new Capitol Hill buildings. There's even a great dive bar one block down the hill (the light blue building), and Everett's only gay bar is a block over. But I think this is all infill. Everett doesn't really have a cool neighborhood that's in danger or anything.
