Fantastic Followups
Mar. 22nd, 2017 11:28 amYears ago I noticed that a few of my favorite songs were singles released next after that band's signature hit. Songs I prefer to those hits. But of course I never sat down to compile a list. I decided to today after
susandennis mentioned the show/idiom The Life of Riley, which happens to be one of the examples I thought of. But I'm surprised I could only think of four when I set out to try. Maybe you can think of some? It's a matter of taste, of course, otherwise the ones in column three would have been even bigger hits.
