There's a Cemex plant on the Everett waterfront and every so often, a big plume of steam goes shooting up from it for a while. I've thought for a while it'd be fun to get that in a time lapse, so that's direction I drove this morning. Seemed like the best plan since the sky's been so clear. I was originally going to leave the Podo at the park on the next street over, up above, but at the last second I parked at the Northernmost viewpoint on the waterfront. At first I thought it would be a bust due to lack of objects to wrap the tripod on, but I found a tree with a perfect branch. It was thick enough so it wouldn't sway in the breeze, and the surrounding branches were far enough away that they wouldn't show in the sides.
