Down by the river

Lowell's another good warm weather destination because it's also very well-lined with trees. And it's a place I don't go much in the winter because it's kind of creepy in the dark. It's nice and close, too. You wouldn't know by this first photo, but it was quite sunny by the time I left. Too bad about the huge, swollen mosquito bite on my neck. I picked up a new bottle of repellant to keep in the trunk.

Mother's Day 2018

Garrett's birthday was a week before Mother's Day this year, which worked out well because we hadn't had a cake for him yet and there was one waiting for him there.
