I've weirdly never had pho! I know of one place nearish to me that is said to be good, though, so I need to eat some soon.

I do love me some ramen, though, and my favorite restaurant about 2 miles from my apartment has the best in the city (imo) and I ALWAYS crave it when I am feeling under the weather.

There's a good ramen chain here that has a location a couple doors from this place. Kinda wanted to go there instead but the pho was calling my name.

does Seattle have a Japantown? the one in sf is the best place to find ramen. i guess i can always hit the shabu shabu if i wanna drown in miso.

Our "International District" has a Chinatown and a Little Saigon. There are Japanese places there, but they don't carve out a defined area. The first location of the ramen place is there.

BTW you will probably hear people say that "International District" is a PC version of "Chinatown" but that's not true. It's just that the ID contains more than just Chinatown. When you hit the edge of Chinatown you see signs that say "Welcome to Chinatown, International District." But people are stupid and presumptuous.
