Why I should always have a camera out and turned on

Yesterday at the Seattle Center we saw a fully-clothed guy laying on a concrete slab resting his head on one hand. He used his other hand to take his dick out and piss while still laying there. It was truly a sight to behold. I wanted to take his picture, and then another of the six women across the way who also saw it. But we had somewhere to be, and taking pictures with my phone is a bit of a process.
