A music obsession I wish I could share

I encourage all y'alls to find a copy of the Steve Lawler remix of Musak by Trisco. It's one of my favorite songs, but it got lost in the shuffle over the last few years. I happened to see it in my iTunes tonight and was so happy I did. Two jobs ago, I used to listen to streaming music while I toiled away at work. This track was the last one on my favorite compilation, and hearing it made it feel like the day might someday end on a good note. It never did; I was always a day behind in my research, a week short of sleep, and was working on getting myself a year's salary in debt. But at least it sounded good.

I can't embed it here, but you can rest assured that I'll be bopping down the street to it when I wake up tomorrow.
