This is what my Man makes for me after a 12 hour day...what's not to love? XOXO, a photo by charlib52 on Flickr.

Swai with a shallot/dijon/white wine sauce, roasted balsamic/garlic cauliflower and carrots, oatnut toast.

I'm glad I discovered swai. It's cheap like tilapia but stays together a little better. It's like catfish that doesn't taste like dirt.

Thanks! Super lucky thrift store find. I have five or so large plates. Wish I had bowls and stuff.

Don't know if you ever saw, I had the actress Rose Abdoo make a miniature breakfast for Garrett and she managed to make the plate!
