The building on the left is relatively new, at Denny and Fairview, and there used to be another building (Greyhound garage) in the lot behind the fence.

You're thinking of Carbon 56, which is on Terry. The big building you're seeing is at the Northwest corner of Denny and Fairview, and I'm standing across the street from Play it Again Sports at Denny and Stewart.
