I'm pretty sure the guy who this belongs to knew I took a picture, even though I hid behind a pillar. Oh well.
This is actually the second time I've seen one of these outside a cartoon. The other time was in Madison Park of all places. I thought this guy at the bus stop was holding a tennis racket or something, but it turned out it was a sack on a stick.
