I set up a concatenate feature in a spreadsheet that allows me to paste the URLs in one column and an img src tag appears containing it in the next. For the most part, the images are from tumblr, either the ones credit at the bottom or the private tumblr I created for quick-and-easy image hosting. A few are Facebook, Twitter, etc, but the vast majority are tumblr.

I keep a ridiculous amount of information on the various tabs of that spreadsheet. :)
