It's very weird to listen to phone posts now. My bag got lost when I went to L.A. the last time, and they tried to deliver it at 3am. Of course, you don't answer the door at 3am in L.A. so they had to bring it back the next day. pain in the ass, for sure, but at least it wasn't lost forever.
