it made my day! srsly. i came back to work all happy. and i saw lori when i walked in and the first thing out of my mouth was 575 was at 24hr !!!

hehe. i usually quit right as a i start to get sweaty, since i have to go back to work. probably not the best workout that way, but thats ok. im a girl, girls arent supposed to sweat. ^_^
