In the Market they make fresh dipped corn dogs. They literally dip them in the batter and fry them right there when you order them. SO SO SO SO GOOOOOOOOOD.

Hoisin is a sauce made from sweet potatoes that tastes a lot like plums. Sriracha is a chili sauce. A lot of people like to add them to pho.
