Strawberries, cottage cheese, mint, and a few sprinkles of lemon juice. Served with a tiny spoon so I can pretend I'm a giant.

Cottage cheese and fruit is way underrated. My favey is 2% cottage cheese (Lucerne, NOT Knudsen), red grapes and salted sunflower seeds
