I think the sign should read:

"If the urinal starts to overflow, quickly run out and try to avoid getting any water on yourself so no one will know it was you."

Urinal levers are usually horizontal, so how can one turn the lever right? Up, down, forwards, backwards; these are the directions one normally has to work with.

The lever this sign refers to is on the pipe leading to the urinal. These are instructions for cutting off the supply of water.
