It looks to be in the Art Deco family. Similar to "Broadway" font.

That's not Broadway (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/atf/broadway/). Broadway has a higher stroke for center bars and a different style "B".

This is closer to ITC Juanita or ITC Manhattan (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/itc/manhattan/), but it's not either of those.
